Service Description

Our VW technician will spend up to 1 hour, testing, probing, monitoring, recording data and establishing a relationship with your vehicle to discover what problems it may be having. You notice something odd, the check engine light may be on (sometimes). Your car deserves the time and attention to ensure it is running at its optimal levels. During this time we will also review the vehicles history, check for software updates and perform a 72 point inspection of the vehicle to provide you with a clear picture of what your vehicle condition is. All this information will be in a digital format, with pictures, video, and clear descriptions of what is causing your check engine light to illuminate, or your vehicle not to run. On occasion we do run into situations when we need more time if there is more than one failed component or we need to test components that are not easily accessible. We will communicate with you and get prior approval from you if needed. Whatever the issue, our technicians can handle it.

Cancellation Policy

We know there are times and situations when you cannot keep your appointment. If this happens, please realize that we need 24 hours notice so we may offer this time for another client. Thank you for your understanding.
